  • Card data: Includes set name, player name, card number, and grading details used for analysis and reporting.
  • TCGrader ID: A unique identifier assigned to each grading submission for authentication, verification, and recordkeeping.
  • Email address (optional): Used only for account login, receipts, and support communication.
  • Analytics data: General usage and performance metrics to improve user experience.

How We Use the Information

We use the information collected only to provide accurate grading results, maintain secure authentication, and improve TCGrader’s AI performance. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and Analytics

TCGrader uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies to remember preferences, support core app functionality, understand site traffic, and improve our services. Your cookie acknowledgement is stored in your browser so the notice does not appear on every visit. You can clear stored site data at any time through your browser settings.

Payments

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. TCGrader does not collect or store any credit card or payment information.

Data Security

All information is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS). Card images and grading data are stored securely and may be deleted upon user request.

Data Retention and Deletion

Users may request deletion of their card images, grading reports, or TCGrader ID records at any time by emailing contact@tcgrader.app.
